The Principle

No system change.
Just a change of supplier.

The digital workflow in implant prosthetics is based on defined reference geometries. They determine how components are positioned, designed and manufactured. What is decisive is therefore not which manufacturer a component comes from, but whether it corresponds to these reference geometries.

OrangeCAD MED therefore implements these reference geometries within narrowly defined manufacturing tolerances. This is made possible by geometries captured with high precision, which are reproduced by means of reverse engineering; and that batch after batch.

The result for the dental laboratory: you change the component – not the workflow.

What stays. What changes.

  • What stays: scan body, CAD library, design process, holder and machine.
  • What changes: the component – and thus your cost-effectiveness.

Manufactured in Baden-Württemberg from a titanium alloy, with narrow manufacturing tolerances and reproducible fit – developed for modern CAD/CAM workflows.

No system change. Just a change of supplier.

OrangeCAD MED Komponenten passen auf alle gängigen Implantatsysteme und in jeden bestehenden CAD/CAM-Workflow. Scanbody, Library, Halter, Maschine: alles bleibt unverändert. Sie tauschen nur die Komponente aus. Das war’s.
